All rooms are on the 1st Floor and accessible by outdoor stairs and a private guest entrance.
Once owned and ran by the wonderful Oliver family, the bed and breakfast is now owned and ran by the Fisher-Wills Family. All three rooms are very spacious and have a Colour television and tea & coffee making facilities. WiFi internet access can be made available. The twin room can be available as a single, at a supplement to the price.
Breakfast is served in the light & airy dining room. Enjoy a full English breakfast together with a range of cereals, fruit, juices and tea or freshly made coffee. Special diets catered for if required, including vegetarian and vegan.
Gwyndra is a spacious, family home built in the early 1930’s. Formerly used as a Residential Rest Home, in the heart of St Austell the property is set in a large secluded garden only a couple of hundred yards away from the coach and rail station. Gwyndra has ample car parking on site and is on the Cornish Way - part of the national Cycle Network.
St Austell is the main market town for the Cornish Riviera and there is easy access to the Eden Project, Charlestown, Fowey, Mevagissey and the many local gardens such as Heligan Gardens and other attractions. There is a regular bus service direct to Heligan and the Eden Project available from the rail station.
